For such a short story it sure had a lot of depth to not just the story but with the characters. The characters were well developed and very likable and they just meshed well. I just love how Grace's characters and planets just keep getting more creative and unique yet easy to envision. She keeps the readers engaged so well that the story is over before you know it and you can't help but want more. This is a great series and I look forward to the next one.Product details

First, let me mention that I'm a huge Viola Grace fan. Her stories are short enough to not keep me reading until 3 AM but tell a good story in a fun world. This book, however, had me re-reading it several times repeating "wow" to myself. The heroine has been drugged and lives in a fantasy world for quite a while. When an escape from the facility finally presents itself and she breaks herself out, she wonders what is fantasy and what is reality. This gives our hero and heroine some difficult times. How can you trust something if you're not sure it's reality? A good read and highly recommended.
I love all of Viola Grace's stories. She is a wonderful and entertaining author, and I can't wait for more stories from her.
When I read the description of this book I wasn't sure Ms. Grace could pull it off in 69 pages but did she ever! I REALLY liked this book! It was heart wrenching and uplifting all at the same time. Good work.....and please do it again 8^D
The little sample that I read made me wonder whether I really would enjoy this book, but I did anyway. Good fun reading with spice and spunk.
This is a dark world where people with psychic talents are imprisoned in their own minds.
The heroines is admirable and the story of her freedom is worthwhile. The romance is pretty pale but enjoyable.
